The contract is the specification.
The document is written and versioned in the repository — every change to it is a commit, so every revision is traceable. Where the document and the deployed contract disagree, the contract prevails: 21 lines, fixed supply of 790,227, no owner, immutable.

| 9 · Versioning | Every revision is a commit; the changelog is part of the document. |
Version 1.3 added §7. What it does not do is change the token: the contract still has no built-in functionality and gives its holder no rights.
