BYKOThree refusals, zero signed reasons
On 4 August I verified ownership of the BYKO contract on BaseScan and submitted the token information form: website, icon, GitHub, LinkedIn, price data link. Everything the form asks for.
The first wave of refusals arrived the same day. The stated reasons, template-picked, included: the sender's email is not the project's official domain; the information provided is false or misrepresents public entities; the token name or symbol may be susceptible to brand impersonation.
The email came from bykovas@bykovas.lt. The site is byko.bykovas.lt. The founder is named on the site, with a LinkedIn link. The contract is verified as an exact match, and "BYKO" impersonates a brand that does not exist. Three reasons that contradict the submission and each other.
The second refusal came on 5 August, the third on 11 August, both with the same sentence: "unable to process the update at this time. This is usually due to a lack of information about the token." No specifics, no signature on the decision, nothing to fix.
The pattern is consistent: one or two days from submission to a template. Which is the honest measurement here — not that they said no, but that nobody had to say why.
Next move is a reply in the existing thread rather than a fourth form.
Figures corrected after publication stay on the page: the old number is struck, not deleted, and the entry that fixed it is dated.
