Liquid Is Producing Blocks Without Processing Transactions

A restarted chain can produce blocks while users still cannot transact or redeem.

Liquid Network entered a controlled recovery stage on September 10. Functionary nodes are producing and validating blocks again after node updates, but user transactions are still not being processed.

Peg operations, including PAK-authorized peg-outs, remain suspended while the BTC/LBTC reserve is being restored. Block production therefore confirms one layer of liveness, not full usability.

For BYKO, the useful question is how wallets, explorers and market-data services display that partial state. A chain can be alive while a token cannot transfer, trade or redeem. “Back” is not a single technical fact.
